Spring is in the air.....

It's been a fairly beautiful winter, and I'm sure there's still some winter to come. For now, we're welcoming spring in with relish - a time to enjoy the flowers up the Cape coast, get some warm sun, and hit the gym with more vigour and purpose!

Had a great time on Clifton with Sam 'n Baby Alex! Wish my other sons were here to share this with us but.... that's life, and they have their own!
